1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Nature of the Service — Entertainment Only

Reports and any other content delivered through the Service are provided for entertainment, educational, and self-reflection purposes only. Astrology is symbolic and interpretive — it is not a science, not a prediction of future events, and not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make. We make no guarantees of any outcome.

3. Orders & Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Prices are shown at checkout in the currency indicated. By placing an order you authorize the charge. We may refuse or cancel orders we suspect to be fraudulent.

4. Delivery & Refunds

Reports are delivered as a PDF to the email you provide, usually within minutes of a successful payment. All sales are final. Each report is a personalized digital product generated specifically for you, so we do not offer refunds.

If there is a genuine delivery problem — you did not receive the PDF, it is corrupted, or you received the wrong product — please contact us within 7 days at support@myastrooracle.com and we will resolve it (typically by re-delivering the report).

5. License & Acceptable Use

Your report is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or use any portion of a report to train any AI or machine-learning system.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
