AstroOracle (“we”) operates https://myastrooracle.com. This page explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

1. What we collect

• Identity & contact: name and email.
• Birth data: date, time, and city of birth (used to compute your chart).
• For compatibility reports: the name and birth data of a second person that you affirm you are authorized to provide.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP, browser, pages visited.

2. Why we use it

• to compute and deliver your report;
• to process payment and provide a receipt;
• to provide support;
• to comply with applicable law.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the processors needed to deliver the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — email delivery.
• Anthropic — generation of report content (data is not used to train their models when accessed via the API).
• Hosting & geocoding — infrastructure providers.
• Law enforcement — when legally required.

4. Retention

We keep order and report data for up to 24 months to support customer service. Payment records may be kept longer where required by tax law. You can request earlier deletion (Section 5).

5. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to stop processing it. Email support@astrooracle.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and the email used at checkout. We respond within a reasonable time.

6. International transfers

The Service is operated from Brazil. Some of our processors are located in the United States and elsewhere. By using the Service you consent to this transfer.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
